4 nights of Christmas, night 3

Last night we decided to brave the crowds at Farrell's, which just opened a week ago in Rancho. It was super packed, so my parents got there early to put our name in. I got to walk in past a line of like 20 groups, so that was nice!

The atmosphere is loud and fun, the waiters like to yell jokes across the restaurant, and any time there is a birthday, the birthday person in question has to stand on the table while they sing and play instruments. We all agreed that it felt like Disneyland inside (All of the waiters dress like Burt in the penguin dancing scene from Mary Poppins), and while it was fun, the loudness got a little tiring after a while.

The food is similar to Bob's Big Boy, I had a BLT, my mom had a grilled cheese, my dad had a fancy sandwich and John had sliders.

The main point, though, is the dessert. Believe it or not, I ate a large portion of the dessert in the middle, called Ice Cream Nachos. (Instead of chips it has crushed up waffle cones) John had the Oreo Supreme, and my dad had a rootbeer float. We definitely have to make this a special occasion place, so we don't start eating like this all the time!
